My name is Michael Mitchell, and I am the current President of the Woodstock Green Park Association. Our Association consists of five elected Board members who represent over two- hundred homeowners and manages a private park that is within the City of Vacaville. The backbone of our Association is the professional management team of Tiffany Capdeville and Karen Heaney, of Summit HOA Management INC. They assist our Association by providing management services such as monitoring our financials, managing our contractors, facilitating communications between the homeowners and the Board, long term planning that includes park maintenance and capital improvements, facilitating our general elections, and keeping a close watch on our tax liabilities.

The CMCA®, awarded by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) is the only national certification program designed exclusively for managers of homeowner & condominium Associations and commercial Associations. The CMCA recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the fundamental knowledge required to manage community associations. The purpose of CAMICB is to ensure that community Association managers practice with professionalism, integrity and knowledge. The CMCA® recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the fundamental knowledge required to manage community Associations.
In addition, Summit HOA Management team members have also earned the CCAM certification. Achieving The Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) ensures managers are proficient in best business practices, California-specific laws and ethical guidelines to apply when managing community Associations.
